By using ReGenShred’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
ReGenShred provides secure and eco-friendly document shredding and recycling services. Our services include one-time and recurring shredding, on-site mobile shredding, hard drive destruction, and secure document storage.
3. Security Standards
ReGenShred adheres to strict security standards, including HIPAA, FACTA, and GDPR compliance. We take data security very seriously and employ industry-best practices to protect your confidential information.
4. Responsibility for Documents
You are responsible for the content and confidentiality of the documents you provide for shredding. ReGenShred is not liable for any loss or damage to documents that are not properly prepared for shredding.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is detailed on our pricing page. Payment is due upon completion of service.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for recurring services must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
ReGenShred is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
